KindFocus was created in loving memory of the late Ms. Susan R. Gutierrez, MPA, honoring her delicadeza, intellect, calm clarity, consistency, composure, subtle elegance, and the quiet warmth she brought to every role she embraced — especially as a working mom and professional. She had the ability to make the right exceptions when it mattered most, showing remarkable assertiveness and influence in traditionally male‑dominated spaces. Observed through childlike eyes, her faith, humility, intellect, and conviction left a lasting imprint — strong but never forceful. This inspiration led the owner (Wendy) to establish KindFocus, a name with layered meaning. The word “Kind” represents both the English adjective “kind” and the German noun Kind, meaning “child.” This dual meaning reflects KindFocus’s approach: one that promotes kindness, creativity, focus, and progress, while embracing fun with a childlike sense of wonder that fosters growth, balance, mindfulness, elegance, and connection in everything it does.
